First-Time Employers

In the course of recruiting foreign domestic workers for employers in Singapore we have learnt much from both the employer and the employee. We would now like to what we gleaned over the years with especially the first-time employer and also the old hand who is not blessed with a good maid however defined.

We are also concerned with the first-time foreign maid who is most vulnerable to the misunderstanding that often arises from a lack of awareness of the gulf separating people with different cultures and experience.
